Permit Information
Dear Bordentown City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I AM LOOKING FOR PERMIT INFORMATION THAT AN OIL TANK HAS BEEN REMOVED OR ABANDONDED AT 65 PARK STREET, BORDENTOWN, BLOCK 902, LOT 21
Yours faithfully,
GEORGE CAPORALE
Mr. Caporale,
Your OPRA request has been forwarded to the State of NJ, Dept. of Community Affairs. This Department is responsible for the issuance of permits for construction including electrical and plumbing. If they issued the permit for the removal of an underground storage tank, then they own and maintain the record and will respond to your request.
If you have any questions, you may call the main office at 609-567-3653. They are very quick to respond and you should hear from them in a few days given the winter storm and closing of the State Offices tomorrow, Monday, February 1st.
Thank you for your patience.
