response to your request is being provided to you on the seventh (7^th)
business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
The OPRA request sought access to the following:

Response: Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7)
business days to fulfill, due to current staffing limitations within the
Building Code Enforcement Department, additional time is needed to
properly retrieve all responsive email data and conduct a thorough review
of records related permit history for 7 Camas Ct., Plainsboro, NJ 08536.
OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5.i. We are requesting an additional 7 business days to complete
your request – May 13, 2026. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the
