Good Morning,

I am in receipt of your record request for 13 Van Buren Avenue, Metuchen. The building permit file has been pulled and at the current time there are no oil tank permits or gas conversion permits in the file for this property. This does not mean that there are/were no oil tanks, just that there are no permits for one.
