Dear New Jersey Department of the Treasury,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

In regards to OPRA Request C187226, in the 2020 TPAF and PERS monthly minutes that you sent me earlier today, they were missing all of the Section C attachments (such as C-1: Active and Retired Death Lists, C-2 Retirement List, C-3 Chapter 221, etc...) I would like all of the Section C attachments for the 2020 monthly minutes of both TPAF and PERS meetings.

If it helps any, please refer to OPRA Request C162586. In that request, the May 2020 PERS minutes that you sent differed completely from what you sent me today. Whatever minutes that you sent for C162586 are the ones I would like sent for all of 2020 for both TPAF and PERS meetings.
