This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Any/All records of pension contributions or payments to the Public Employee Retirement System or Police and Fire Retirement System for any Class 1 or Class 2 Special or Provisional officers employed by the Beach Haven Police Department between the Years 1996 and 2002. This should include payments for time while working as an officer or going to any certified police training academy within the State of NJ.

2. Any/All litigation (lawsuits, notices of tort, attorney letters or memos) discussing the Borough of Beach Haven having to pay Class 1 or Class 2 Special or Provisional officers salary and/or pension payments for officers attending the police academy between the years 1996 and 2002.

Please limit this to SLEO 1 & 2 officers, I do not need this for Full Time appointments.
