Pennval Road Redevelopment/Brownfield Area Documents

Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any relevant documents to the Pennval Road area in Woodbridge Township, NJ, under consideration for cleanup and redevelopment. Documents may include
- Redevelopment Study in 2008 commissioned by Woodbridge Township's planning board
- Pennval Road Redevelopment Plan adopted by the Township in 2009
- Requests for Proposal or Requests for Letters of Intent for development
- Correspondences with FEMA about rezoning due to flooding after Hurricane Sandy
- Any correspondences or documents between 2010 and 2019 relevant to the Redevelopment Area (which may or may not give more information on the decision to shift the redevelopment plan away from a green technology park)

Thank you so much for your time and effort. I am a student conducting a journalism project for a class and any documents you might be able to send along would be much appreciated. And thank you for all the work you do to serve the public!

Yours faithfully,
Alex Norbrook
