Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

cause for the arrest of Pedro Castillo Perez SBI/969240E for the Aggravated Sexual Assault of a child less than 13 years of age and additional charges. Offense date of February 5, 2025, CDR Rec date March 10, 2025 reference police case number 25000749 for offenses allegedly committed in Brick, NJ.

Dear OCPO_OPRA,
A nightmare case. Excellent investigation by PTLM Derosa of the Toms River Police Department and by the NY State Police. Kindly have Prosecutor Billhimer and Chief of Detectives Carrington aware of this investigation, in particular, the initial OCPO investigation conducted when the victim was 12 years old and found to be pregnant when she went to the hospital and the suspect was not identified and the victims cell phone was not recovered and/or her online accounts were not preserved or recovered.
