Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

1. Policies and Directives
Any and all written policies, general orders, standard operating procedures (SOPs), rules, regulations, directives, memoranda, or similar records issued by the Police Department that govern, describe, or relate to the assignment of police officers and/or supervisory personnel to Commissioner meetings (including regularly scheduled monthly meetings).
2. Duties and Responsibilities
Any and all records that define, describe, or outline the roles, duties, responsibilities, authority, or scope of work of police officers assigned to Commissioner meetings, including but not limited to post orders, assignment sheets, duty descriptions, or operational plans.
3. Command Structure / Authority
Any and all records identifying the chain of command, supervisory authority, or command structure applicable to police officers assigned to Commissioner meetings, including records reflecting who has authority to direct officer actions during such meetings and any documents citing or referencing the legal or statutory authority for such direction.
4. Training Materials – Open Public Meetings
Any and all records reflecting training, instruction, guidance, or educational materials provided to police officers assigned to Commissioner meetings and/or Board of Education meetings regarding the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-21 et seq.), including but not limited to:
o Training manuals, lesson plans, presentations, bulletins, or handouts
o Records identifying the instructor(s) or entity providing such training
o Documentation of instructor qualifications or credentials
o Attendance records, sign-in sheets, or certifications of completion (if maintained)

Thank you, I appreciate the information. However, I was requesting for any POLICE memos, rules or regulations of police officers duties and responsibilities if assigned to attend the commissioners meeting if any.
