I never received the pdf from my request of May 30, 2024. This request is 3 months OVERDUE.
The Township received your Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) today, August 30, 2024 for:
"Can you kindly send me the spreadsheet with current payroll for all Wall Municipal workers showing their salary as of yesterday. Please be sure to include for all employees seasonal and part time. Please be sure each page has column headings, and the type is large enough when I print the report.
While OPRA does provide that immediate access shall be granted to certain payroll information, as recognized by your request, the Township will require an extension that records custodians are allowed prior to granting access to a government record pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i). You can expect to receive the Township’s response to your OPRA request on or about Wednesday, September 4, 2024 accordingly.

I requested the infomation as a PDF only. As you were aware this was clearly written in my OPRA request.
I do not wish to go for my Aassemblyman Sean Kean's office to receive them.
Is Mr. Bertrand requiring you do it this way as he does not want anyone to know his salary and this way he and Sean Kean's office can track who opens?

There NOTHING in this file under Sean Keans Office. Why does Wall continue to play games with taxpayer funds?
