Dear Marion P. Thomas Charter School,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Please provide the following Marion P. Thomas-R&L Payroll Data System and Marion P. Thomas-Systems 3000 HR Data System information for all Marion P. Thomas Charter School employees who left during the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years and who were paid for their unused vacation days, unused personal days, and/or unused sick days:

Employee Name | Job Title | Last Day of Employment | Amount Paid for Unused Vacation, Unused Personal, and/or Unused Sick Days

If you are unable to provide the employee name, please just provide the job title, last day of employment with Marion P. Thomas and the amount they were paid for their unused vacation days, unused personal days, and/or unused sick days.

Additionally, Marion P. Thomas employees paid out for their unused vacation days, unused personal days, and/or unused sick days would have had a specific payout code located in the R&L Payroll Data System. I am requesting the actual R&L Payroll Data System Reports and Systems 3000 HR Reports with this information, for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years, with deidentified information, if required.
