Dear Woodcliff Lake Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

In response to your OPRA and common law request dated June 5, 2025 regarding the McNerney & Associates appraisal dated April 23, 2024 for 200 and 300 Chestnut Ridge Road, please be advised that this document is not a public document and it is not maintained nor in the possession of the Borough Clerk's Office.
As you are aware, this document was requested and prepared by Kenneth Porro, Esq, for litigation purposes only in the matter of Dolan v. Borough of Woodcliff Lake. Additionally, as set forth in the attached communication from Kenneth Porro, Esq., the requested report was forward to you and delivered as set forth in the attachment.
