Payments & invoices

The request was successful.

Dear Gloucester County,

Under OPRA I seek:

1. A list of all payments to the law firm Carbone & Faasse since July 1, 2020.

(Note: All I want are payments relating to the ballot challenges (the line) suit, i.e. Conforti & Kim suits. But if you cannot sort that way, then I'll take a list of all payments. This probably exists in a vendor history/activity report).

2. Legal invoices for the law firms Carbone & Faasse since July 1, 2020.

(Note: Again, I only seek those relating to the ballot challenges (the line) suit, i.e. Conforti & Kim suits. If you can sort that way, then that's all that's needed. Otherwise I'd need them all).

I ask that you please produce the list of payments immediately. I understand the invoices may take longer, although they are also "immediate access" documents.

Thanks, TSS

Hello:

I see that you attached lists of payments for 2020-2024, however I did not see any actual legal invoices. So this makes it so I can't tell how much was billed to the ballot challenge case (Conforti). Could you either: 1) produce the legal invoices or 2) print a list of only those bills that relate to Conforti?
