Good afternoon Mr. Allen,

I have received a quote from our payroll company. The total will be $90. $50 to restore two years ($25 for each year) and $40 for the report ($10 per year, 4 years total requested). I can have this put in a formal invoice for you, if you would like to proceed. Please advise if you would like to move forward with this and I can get that for you, as well as payment information.
