Dear Brick Township,
Any and all salary increases increases given to officers Donald Smith, Anthony Chadwick, Richard Zimmerer and Ryan Osborn while on paid Adminstrative leave during the last year. This shall included but not be limited to yearly cost of living increases, pay step increases and promotional increases. Also, any and all e-mails or memorandums from the Mayor, Chief of Police or Business Adminstrator regarding the same.
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Dear Jessica Larney,
Thank you for your response. However, I would like to request additional documents. Specifically, documents relating to the August 15 promotion of Donald Smith to Lieutenant even though he has not worked in over a year. I would like copies of any and all documents relating to this promotion including but not limited too, certifications, memorandums and resolutions.
Also, the amount of money being spent on paying a sergeant out of title pay to fill his role and to pay a patrolman to back fill the sergeants role.
Finally, the name and retirement date of the Lieutenant that retired allowing for the promotion.

No Lieutenants have retired in the past year. The remainder of your amended request does not request specific documentation, but rather seeks information and/or research, which is not a proper request under OPRA so is denied.
