On January 31, 2022, I received your clarification to the request for
government records pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”).

Good evening:
The Township has completed compiling the requested invoices. There are 50 invoices in total, many of which required redaction. A special service fee for the actual cost incurred by the Township must be imposed. The total cost is $260.00 that has been billed to the Township - this work was completed by the least-cost personnel and involved 2.6 hours at $100 per hour which is the lowest hourly rate charged to the Township.
If you still want the requested invoices, kindly submit a check or money order payable to the "Township of Boonton" for $260.00. The OPRA response time will be extended until a response is received from you.
