My search disclosed two cases in which Mr. Joyce was a defendant prosecuted by this Office. Responsive records are attached for both. Driver's license and social security numbers are redacted in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.
Mug shot is exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9 and Executive Orders 9(e) (Hughes), 69 (Whitman), and 21 (McGreevey), which apply to "Fingerprint cards, plates and photographs and other similar criminal investigation records which are required to be made, maintained, or kept by any State or Local government agency."
Request for CAD reports is denied for lack of a responsive record.
Request for indictment is denied in reference to the 2019 case for lack of responsive record.
Request for arrest report and affidavit of probable cause is denied in reference to the 2010 case for lack of a responsive record.
