Dear Jacqueline Murray,
I’d like an update on the status of this request, please. Thank you!
Regards,
Chris Crepeau
Good Morning Mr. Crepeau:
I was out sick for Tuesday and Wednesday and as such did not get a chance to respond to your email. I have the response from the Paterson Police Department and will forward same to you sometime today.
Thank you.
Dear Jacqueline Murray,
Hello, thank you for submitting the info back to me and I hope that you’re feeling better!
It seems that the Paterson Police department did not read completely or more likely they did not understand my request.
I received the policy regarding sworn and non sworn police personnel, posting on their own social media pages. Unfortunately, that’s not at all what I requested. I requested information specifically about the “Paterson Police Department” Facebook page.
I feel that the original request was clear and concise as to what information that I was requesting, so I do not feel that another request should be necessary. Please advise.
Thank you!
Regards,
Chris Crepeau
Good Afternoon Mr. Crepeau:
I will forward your email to the Paterson Police Department and communicate with you as soon as I hear from them.
Have a great day!
Jacque Murray
Mr. Crepeau:

Ms. Murray,
Im sorry, I’m not able to see their response on any highlighted area.
Could you please copy my email [email address]?
Thank you!
Regards,
Chris Crepeau
Ms Murray, I can read it now, thank you! Although, this doesn’t at all satisfy the request that I made. I know that isn’t your fault, but the request was not satisfied.
I do sincerely appreciate your assistance!
Thank you!
Chris
Dear Paterson City,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Paterson City's handling of my OPRA request 'Paterson Police Department Facebook page policies and procedures'.
My request was refused by Det. David D’Arco # 4418.
A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/paterson...
Yours faithfully,
Chris Crepeau
Dear Paterson City,
Hello, I am following up on the internal review of my unsatisfied information request, that I sent on January 25th 2018. Please advise as to the remaining time that is needed to conduct the review.
Sincerely,
Chris Crepeau
I am adding the email response from Detective David D’Arco of the Paterson
police department, to this thread. The detectives response included only 1
piece of the information that was requested, which was “The name of the
moderator”. The remainder of the information in the original opra request,
remains unsatisfied as of 3/15/2018.
Chris Crepeau
