Please see attached Settlement Agreement as requested. I do not have the billing yet from the Interim Township Solicitor but I anticipate the information sometime next week and will keep you posted on the timeframe.

I spoke the interim Township Attorney and she is going to wait until the settlement is complete to submit an invoice. I will provide the documents once they are received by the Township.

I apologize, I was out of the office on Friday. Since no invoices have been submitted as of today, I am requesting an extension until April 14th. If additional time is needed, I will contact you on or before April 14th.
