Dear Clifton City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

A list of all past due balances owed on township utility bills (All utilities collected by the township, including but not limited to, Water, Sewer, Trash collection etc.) for the 2022-2023 calendar year and Jan-November 2023

Please includes the names and addresses, and amount owed.
