Past Due utility bills

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of all past due balances owed on township utility bills for the 2022-2023 calendar year and Jan-November 2023
All utilities collected by the township, including but not limited to, Water, Sewer, Trash collection etc.
Please includes the names and addresses, and amount owed.

In response to your OPRA request dated December 28, 2023, please find attached a Utility Delinquent Report showing past due balances on BTMUA bills from January 1, 2022 to December 30, 2023. This document is being provided in response to your first request seeking past due balances for the dates specified. Please note that resident names have not been included to protect resident's privacy, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, and to ensure compliance with Daniel's Law, N.J.S.A. 47:1B-1 et seq.
In addition, your second request seeking "All utilities collected by the township, including but not limited to, Water, Sewer, Trash collection etc."
is denied as this request is vague and unclear. It is not clear what records are being sought here, nor does the request specify a timeframe. It should be noted that the Authority is a separate entity from the Township and does not handle trash collection.
This response represents the Authority's complete and final response to your OPRA request.
