Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States. I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose. I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

2) Copies of telephone call logs (with date and length of calls) of calls made or received by Mayor Nikitas Moustakas and (609) 332-8503 for the time period of January 1, 2021 through the present.

3) Copies of telephone call logs (with date and length of calls) of calls made or received by Deputy Mayor Stephen Steglik and (609) 332-8503 for the time period of January 1, 2021 through the present.

4) Copies of telephone call logs (with date and length of calls) of calls made or received by contractor/solicitor George Morris and (609) 332-8503 for the time period of January 1, 2021 through the present. Please note that there is no attorney-client privilege between a municipal solicitor and an unelected, non-employed party boss who holds no position in government. If you nevertheless claim attorney-client privilege, please provide a privilege log to that effect.

In light of, and to the extent required under Rosetti v. Ramapo-Indian Hills Reg'l High Sch. Bd. of Educ., 481 N.J. Super. 1 (App Div. 2025), the records searched should include private devices and accounts, including but not limited to e-mail, SMS, RCS, iMessage, and text messages -- and call logs.

If the Township intends to refuse any or all of the above requests, please respond to such requests individually, rather than collectively.
