I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated 6/24/26 for the following:
Records requested:

Pursuant to OPRA, I am requesting the voter registration profiles and
complete voting participation/party affiliation history records for the
following individuals currently or recently serving on the Sussex County
Board of Taxation: Rich Ecke. I am specifically seeking records showing
their historical political party designations, any formal Party
Affiliation Declaration Forms filed by these individuals, and the dates of
any changes to their party affiliation. Please redact all statutorily
protected information such as signatures and driver's license numbers
prior to disclosure.
As with the previous OPRA documents I emailed you yesterday, the attached
is a complete voter profile for Richard Ecke. Please note that I cannot
confirm that this voter is the same individual who served on the Board of
Taxation. 
Please see: Pusterhofer v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2005-49
(July 2005): The Council determined that no unlawful denial of access
occurred because the custodian certified that no responsive records
existed and there was no evidence in the record to refute her
certification.  Also please see Librizzi v. Twp. of Verona Police Dep’t,
GRC Complaint No. 2009-213 (August 2010): The Council held that the
custodian was under no obligation to create a record in response to the
complainant’s OPRA request.
