Please be advised that voter registration is fluid and
changes daily. Therefore, any and all requests for
voting records or voter registration will not be an
accurate “snap shot in time,” and your records request
may differ significantly today than from any previous
election histories.

[1]NJSA 19:31-18.1(c) Registry lists; distribution;
availability, use

“No person shall use voter registration lists or copies
thereof prepared pursuant to this section as a basis for
commercial or charitable solicitation of the voters
listed thereon. Any person making such use of such lists
or copies thereof shall be a disorderly person, and
shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00.”

Monmouth County Public Records
Record request #24-594 has been closed. The closure
reason supplied was:

All records have been released, and your request has
been fulfilled.

Requester was unable to open list from this email, and
created a new request (Request #24-602) with her correct
email.

Per phone call with Requester on 3/26/24, she stated
that she only wants a list for Howell as in attached
email (not forms for the entire county, also stated in
the email request attached).
