Dear Maple Shade Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: all records for Council members who received medical benefits or the opt-out payments between 2014 and current date. I am selecting 2014 because according to nj.com article they stated that the law was passed in 2010 and my understanding is there was a grandfather clause which references seating and so far, that article is pretty accurate.
The previous request only requested 2022 and 2023 but it didn't include the opt-out payout.
