Dear West Windsor Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
* Records dated January 1 to September 30, 2023, and being
* Summary reports, in printed and digital form, with permit and waiting list statistics for Wallace Lot, including total number of active Wallace Lot permits and total number of applicants on the Wallace Lot waiting list.
There is a good faith belief these records exists based on discussions of lot occupancy documented in the minutes of meetings of the Parking Authority of the Township of West Windsor.

Can you certify that the Parking Authority is not a public body created by the Township and that it has its own Records Custodian, and that the Records Custodian of the Township is not responsible for responding to OPRA request for public records maintained by the Parking Authority.
