Records requested: Paper trail from Meredith Kuntz lowering terroristic threat charges on the X captain {Robert Piterski} of Bogota Police Department to Harassment. It was a citizen complaint from Michael Engelhardt .
As per Bogota Police, Meredith Kutz lowered the charges to harassment.
