Dear Sir or Madam,

The official Records Custodian for the Township of Howell, received your
OPRA request on April 3, 2024. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is April 12, 2024.

Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days
to fulfill. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47: IA-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, "the requestor shall
be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the
record is not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.

Please see attached CAD Report and Police Report for your OPRA request.
 Captain Rizzo will personally accommodate the request to view the video
requested. If interested in viewing, the video would be played at HQ, as
the recorded footage obtained through the Ivy League was submitted into
evidence, as part of the initial investigation. Care/chain of custody of
evidential items remains with the Police Department, however, we will be
able to provide a viewing appointment with the requestor, according to
