P25 Radio System Migration
Dear Atlantic County,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1 - Copies of the contract or contracts executed with the Harris Corporation (or sub contractors) for the Atlantic County Project 25 Phase II Trunked Radio system that the county recently migrated to public safety radio communications users to. Please include any purchase orders / invoices received by the county under the contract and bid documentation for the project if available.
2 - Copies of all county policies or directives issued by the Atlantic County Department of Public Safety or their designee regarding the migration to and county / local agency usage of the the P25 Phase II Radio system, specifically with regard to the recent implementation of digital encryption on law enforcement talk groups.
2 - Copies of any documents provided to the county by the Harris Corporation listing all talk groups for the new Project 25 Phase II Radio System.
