This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Licensing information for the “Hard Rock Café” located at 1000 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey for the period of November 1, 2020 to the present, June 28, 2024.

Licensing information for the "Back Stage Café." located on the premises of the “Hard Rock Café” located at 1000 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey for the period of November 1, 2020 to the present, June 28, 2024.

In addition to the various licenses (and attendant applications), request is also made for violations issued against the Hotel for the period of November 1, 2020 through November 30, 2022. Again, The Request includes specific requests for the location in the Hotel known or otherwise identified as the “Back Stage Café.”
