Hi. I am writing to request clarification of who received overtime pay on the evening of the Open house event at the municipal building. I need first and last names. I also need supporting documentation of who authorized the overtime, who approved the overtime and who paid the overtime. Please also send time sheets/documentation for that pay period, for each person that worked, reflecting that these hours were indeed overtime. I understand that the initial document sent did not include all people that were paid. I need the complete list. Thank you.
