Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

1)Overtime paid to police and fire for 2025 and 2026 to date.
2) LIST OF employees and the current salary with stipends and any other extra pay they receive for "school, class, etc"

I am requesting ALL employees that are currently employed with the City of Brigantine. Please provide a list, spreadsheet, or report of all current employees, including the following fields:
Employee name
Job title
Department or unit
Hire date
Current salary and any other regular compensation
This information is subject to public disclosure under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10. If the records are maintained in an existing report or payroll summary, providing that document will satisfy this request.
If additional time is needed, please provide a written explanation and a reasonable extension timeframe within the seven-business-day response period required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i).
