This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I'm requesting all overtime dates, locations, and hours worked for each individual health officer. Breaking it down by each health officer followed by the date they worked, the location's they worked, as well as how many hours they worked from 6/1/2022 - 6/19/2024.
