The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 2/7/2022.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 2/16/2022.

The request was for:

All police department overtime fro, 10/01/2021 to 1/31/2022 (excluding
outside employment).  Overtime should be listed for each sworn officer and
be broken down by every overtime category for each officer (EX. Arrest,
court, investigation, grant, manpower... etc.)

Please see the attached documents responsive to your request – overtime
categories were not included on the listings on file.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
