My OPRA request was due today, and I have not received a response.

Custodians should fulfill a request as soon as possible but not later
than seven BUSINESS days after the request is received, provided that the
record is currently available and not in storage or archived. N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5.i. Day One (1) is the day following the custodian’s receipt of the
request.

Negative. My request was sent to you on 8/4, which was a Sunday, therefore you "received" it on Monday.
The first day was 08/6, and day seven was 08/14.
My request is now past due.
