Re: Upper Township File No. 57-2019 - Reports for overdoses and possible
overdoses

Dear Mr. Neill:

This email is in reply to your request dated May 23, 2019 for information
in that you ask for the following:

“Please provide the redacted police/EMS reports for overdoses and possible
overdoses from 1/1/2018 – 5/23/2019”

Per your request attached please find the Narcan report provided with
redactions to the personnel home addresses of the individuals by Upper
Township EMS.
If you have questions or would like to make an appointment with the Chief
of EMS to review the attached, please call my office.

Also, Upper Township does not have their own Police department we are
patrolled by the New Jersey State Police, for convenience please see below
contact information for the New Jersey State Police for records.

Per my conversation with the Station Commander at the New Jersey State
Police Woodbine Barracks, all OPRA requests have to go through the
Division HQ in West Trenton.
The telephone number is 609-882-2000.
That is the main line in, they will have all the procedures to follow
regarding this request.
