Dear Vineland City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Unclaimed overage or Surplus list & amount if any for the following properties in Vineland: 416 Ithaca Street and 433 Quince Street. Please, if possible include the sales date, Owner's name, and the amount of Surplus or Overage due to the owners.
