Outstanding, Long Overdue Requests

This is to inform you that the following OPRA requests are outstanding and well past 30 days overdue. Please see below. If there is another method to receive information let us know.
1. A copy of HUD ARP application and / or instructions on how to participate in the program and the eligibility requirements.
2. 1. Total number of applicants that received HUD Home First time home buyer assistance in 2023. Addresses of all properties purchased in part with funds from the city's HUD First Time homebuyer program funds in 2023.
3. Please provide the addresses of affordable housing development units completed in years 2022 and 2023 along with the name of the developer(s) that completed the units.

I am writing to request an internal review of East Orange City's handling of my OPRA request 'Outstanding, Long Overdue Requests'.
It is most unfortunate that our group is unable to receive the requested records, nor a response to inquiries about the status. Is it possible to receive a followup to the outstanding request for records that are public?

Goodafternoon Ms. Smith-
I am processing the following OPRA requests with a response date of on or before 5/8/24.
1. For HUD Home information
2. First Time Homebuyers request
3. Rent Control Registrations
Please be advise I've sent you a clarification email for your Police Stats for multiple properties OPRA request and you need to be more specific.
Also these are the only 4 request I've received for you. Please advise if there any additional request so I can process them immediately. Thank you for your patience and I look forward to a response as I am expediting the request.
