Out of district students and total state aid

Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide documents, lists, reports or statements sufficient to show:
1. Since 2010, How many out of district students who didn’t live in Edison were caught? How much fine was imposed and later recovered from them? I would to see this details Year by Year.
2. Since 2010, How much was New Jersey state aid to district of Edison along with how many students were enrolled in each year? I need this details by yearly basis.
