Dear Camden County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and/or the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:
1) Any records showing the reporting structure between the staff and attorneys running the press office of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the incumbent Camden County Prosecutor. Such records may include but is not limited to an organizational chart. Specifically requested are records showing the name of each licensed attorney assigned to the press office between July 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. Records showing the name of each attorney's immediate supervisor and one over supervisor is also requested. These are Records job or duty assignments and are not personnel records other than name of people assigned to a given job function.

2) Records identifying the policies and procedures that are used by the agency to prove a person is a legitimate member of the media and not simply callinn oneself a newsman for the purposes of circumventing OPRA or Common Law Right of Access.

3) Owing to public data showing micornewsblogging sites fostering misinformation lead to the deadly January 6, 2021 insurrection in Washington DC, provide any and all records in the posession of the agency showing Matthew N. Skoufalos of NJPen.com is a legitimate credentialed member of the newsmedia or a blogger not entitled to news media access by the CCPO. Responsive records may include but are not limited to a press pass issued to Skoufalos or NJPen.

4) Should the agency not have any records of Skoufalos' credentials responsive to item 3 above, Any records of a closed investigation into information given to Matthew Skoufalos without proper press credentials is requested. If an investigation is open, please provide records showing the date the investigation opened and its unique tracking number and the investigator assigned.

I seek the reporting structure for the public information officer position. Please provide records which show the name and title of the Attorney supervising the public information officer. Please also provide records identifying the name of the public information officer in the calendar year 2020.

Thank you for the records provided. The credentials and employment history for the public information officer were not requested. The resume of Ms. Gallagher will deleted on my end. I only asked for a name and supervising attorney of the public information officer for a narrow period of time.
