Dear Galloway Township Public Schools,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Good afternoon,
As you are aware, I am the Business Administrator for the Galloway
Township Board of Education (the “Board”), which conducts and supervises
the schools of the Galloway Township School District (the “District”). As
such, I am in receipt of your April 5, 2025 request which sought the
following:
Any document received or sent by you which referenced the organization
which your Business Manager previously referred to by the initials:
ACCASBO JIF in the most recent two year period.
At the outset, your request is overly broad and vague, as it does not
include a subject for the requested communications. Nevertheless, the
documents requested are exempt from disclosure. Specifically, OPRA exempts
“Information which is a communication between a public agency and its
insurance carrier, administrative service organization or risk management
office.” In addition, as you are aware, you are currently in active
litigation with the District. Accordingly, I am constrained to deny your
request.
