Dear Neptune City Borough,

Records requested: There supposedly was an ordinance passed several years ago that prohibited the raking of Memorial Park beach during May and June due to the laying of eggs and mating of horseshoe crabs. Would like a copy of that ordinance to ensure it was passed and is in effect.
