RE: OPRA Request of 10/5/2020, Reference # W016993-100520

Dear Mr. Sanders,

The Camden County Custodian of Records received your Open Public Records
Act request on 10/5/2020.  To access your request please click [2]here.

A "Ordinance" are a function of municipal or town government. In this case
the City of Camden would pass ordinances.  County government does not pass
ordinances. However, to try to accommodate your request this office has
sent your request to the departments of  Environmental Affair Office,
Camden County Counsel and the Camden County Parks for records of sale of
the park in question,  The staff at the departments notified me that they
would like an extension of time to respond to your OPRA request.  Pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i, we require an extension of time to allow the
department's personnel to conduct an extensive search for the requested
records.

We anticipate that we will have a response ready for you on or about
10-14-20.

Should you have any questions, please contact the Custodian of Records at
(856) 225-2131.

Sincerely,
