Dear Clerk:
Notwithstanding the unapproved status of the June 23, 2021 minutes, my request also asks for public records dating from January 1, 2020 to the present. This should include "any paper, written or printed book, document,... information stored or maintained electronically ... or any copy thereof, that has been made, maintained or kept on file in the course of his or its official business by any officer, commission, agency or authority of the State." N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
In simpler terms, your response should include public records of communications among and between the mayor, any committee member and any employee (pass or present) of the Township of Mansfield and any persons or business entities regarding the prohibition of cannabis in All Zones.
Please provide the requested records as they are now overdue.

I have included the only other item of correspondence which is from the
Land Use Board in reference to the Ordinance that information was
requested on. All of the information that has been provided is what the
Township has on file.
