Ordinance 1537 RFPS, bids, contracts, invoices
Dear Collingswood Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
-all resolutions authorizing professional contracts for the Borough of Collingswood for the year 2020.
-a copy of all professional services contracts for the Borough of Collingswood for the 2020.
-a copy of the resolution adopted by the Collingswood Board of Commissioners authorizing the Borough of Collingswood's membership in the NJ Sustainable Energy Meeting (NJSEM)
-invoices and cancelled checks for all membership fees paid by the Borough of Collingswood to the NJ Sustainable Energy Meeting.
-all requests for proposals and bids received for Ordinance 1537, Establishing a Natural Gas & Energy Aggregation Program.
-all contracts or invoices to third party providers for the Natural Gas & Energy Energy Aggregation Program authorizing by Ordinance 1537.
