A copy of any layoff plans submitted to the Division of Agency Services from the Orange Public Library from January 2021 - the current date (8/25/22).
Include the determination from Agency Services for any approval(s)/disapproval(s) of layoffs at the Orange Public Library from January 2021 to the current date (8/25/22).
Any and all fines the Commission assessed against the Orange Public Library from January 2021 to the current date (8/25/22).

The New Jersey Civil Service Commission (CSC) received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request and is providing this response to your request

The Open Public Records Act permits a person who believes he or she has
been improperly denied access to a government record to file a complaint
with the Government Records Council or to file an action in Superior Court
to challenge the decision and compel disclosure. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6.

procedures for taking these actions.
