Be advised that if there is a date on the corresponding permit line then that particular permit is closed. The same holds true if there is not a date, that particular permit is open.

Are you pertaining to the "Cert Date"?
Permit 20020651, 20150303, and 20160366 dont have cert date, do we need final reinspections?
They look like they were old permits.
