OPRA Request Dated 10/08/2023.

The Borough of Pine Hill received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 11/08/2023.  This response is being provided to you within the
seven (7) daytime frame which does include a slight delay due to the
response being unable to be received from the Construction Department
during the week of November 20^th which is when the response was due.   

Per Pine Hill Borough Construction Department please see attached
open/closed permits relating to 1604 Tall Pines – (all attached permits
have been closed).

In the future, please submit your OPRA requests to the Borough Clerk at

filled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge a decision by the Borough of Pine Hill.  At your
option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New

completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.  You may contact the GRC
