This is in response to your OPRA request received by the Chester Township
Records Custodian on August 5, 2022.  Your request and Chester Township's
responses are below:
"1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them."
Responsive records are attached to this email.
"2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens"
Responsive records are attached to this email.
"3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors"
Assuming you mean a list of all active outside lien holders, please see
the attached list.  If you are seeking different information please let me
know.
"4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal
held liens."
This is a request for information, not documents, and therefore not a
valid request under the Open Public Records Act.  Notwithstanding, please
be advised that Chester Township will assign liens pursuant to all
statutory requirements.
"5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well"
Chester Township does not maintain a list of vacant and/or abandoned
properties.
All records are provided in excel format as requested.
Your request was addressed to West Amwell Township as well as Chester
Township.  Please be advised Chester Township does not maintain any
records pertaining to any properties in West Amwell Township.
