1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

Attached are the records you requested via Randolph Township OPRA 22-378
related to tax/municipal liens. The Tax Collector noted that Randolph
Township does not have a vacant/abandoned property ordinance, and the
assignment of the Tax Title Lien (municipal liens) is handled on an
individual basis. Within the attached document titled, “Lien Holder List”,
the redaction of social security numbers was made per NJSA 47:1A-1 – “a
public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from
public access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been
entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s reasonable
expectation of privacy.” There were no other records pursuant to your
request. If you have any questions regarding the attached records, please
direct them to Tax Collector Linda Roth at 973-989-7048.
