4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well

and please make sure these are all separate list

may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or
file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing
